The most common type of yeast infections is the vaginal yeast infection. Almost two thirds of all women will get this once in their life. I have a few good home remedies for vaginal yeast infection up my sleeve.

First you need to go shopping. You should buy a small carton of natural yogurt. Just make sure it’s plain yoghurt and no added fruit and stuff. Try to find yogurt that has active cultures. When you get back home you simply take one of the tampons and dip it in the yogurt and insert it into the vagina. Keep it there for at least an hour.
